Mirror - Sri Lanka's numero uno amateur golfer Vijitha Bandara lived up to his country's expectations after taking the individual title at the Gannon Dunkerley 8th NCR Cup.
The tournament was held at the Delhi Golf Club from 26th February - 1st March.
In addition, Sri Lanka also won the international team event.
1st place Vijitha Bandara (Sri Lanka) 293 , +5 over par.
2nd place Prince Kajotia (India) total 295, +7 over par.
3rd place Samarth Dwivedi (India) total 300 .+12 over par.
The tournament saw 60 top amateurs from India as well as 15 foreign participants from Pakistan, Ireland, Germany, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
