(Mirror) - Mawanella District Court Judge and Magistrate Shrinith Wijesekara has ordered to hold a man and a youth in remand custody for sexually abusing a 16 year old girl.
The suspects - a 38 year old father of four and a 21 year old individual are the girl's father and her boyfriend.
The victim is a resident of Hemmatagama Harankawa.
The suspects are to be held in remand custody until March 12.
According to the police reports the mother of the girl is abroad and her father has raped her on several occasions.
During investigations, police have also discovered that the boy friend has also been abusing the girl.
