(Srilankamirror) In Bulathkopitiya Pahalabogala, Udugoda area a suspect was arrested in an incident where a person was stabbed and killed.
The victim is Wijesunderara Mudiyanselage Punchi Appuhamy, aged 70 years.
Consequent to a quarrel, the suspect’s wife had left home and subsequently in an argument which ensued with the in- laws, this incident had occurred.
The suspect was due to be produced before the Ruwanwella magistrate today 15)
Bulathkopitiya police are conducting further investigations.
